1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the Cactus Code Web Design website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Cactus Code Web Design provides web development, SaaS development, automation, AI integration, and infrastructure services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs are defined in individual project agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code and designs created specifically for their project, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. Pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks remain the property of their respective owners.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in individual project agreements. Standard terms include a deposit before work begins, with remaining balance due upon project completion or per agreed milestones.
5. Limitation of Liability
Cactus Code Web Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of a project. This obligation survives termination of any agreement.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Payment for completed work is due upon termination. Specific termination terms may be defined in individual project agreements.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
